This privacy policy covers the N1Labs website at n1labs.app. A separate, more detailed privacy policy will apply to the N1 iOS app when it launches.
What we collect
If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. That's it. We don't collect your name, location, device information, or any other personal data through the website.
How we use your email
Your email address is used for one purpose: to notify you when N1Labs is available to download. We may also send occasional updates about our progress before launch - no more than one or two emails total. We will never send you marketing from third parties, and we will never share or sell your email address.
Where your email is stored
Waitlist signups are processed and stored through Resend, an email platform for developers. Your email address is stored on their servers. You can review Resend's privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Vercel Analytics is cookieless - it does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors across sites. It provides us with aggregate data only (page views, referral sources, device types). No cookie consent banner is required because no cookies are set.

The only third-party services used by this website are:
- Vercel - hosting and analytics
- Resend - email collection and sending for the waitlist
No other third-party scripts, trackers, or services are loaded.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your email address at any time by emailing privacy@n1labs.app. We will remove your data within 7 days.
If you are in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or restrict processing of your data. Contact us at the email above to exercise these rights.
Data transfers
Vercel and Resend are U.S.-based services. By providing your email address, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in the United States. These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as required under GDPR.
